If you come to visit the area, you will discover the wealth of cultural activities and sites of interest both in town and in the wider region. The archaeological museum of Lamezia, just two minutes away, is small but well organised, tracing back to the roots of the city from prehistoric age through to the ancient Greek era. You will also be able to admire the ruins of the Norman castle (XII century) dominating the old town, as well as other remains of the Greek town of Terina and the medieval abbey of Santa Maria. Many cultural and religious events and traditional patron fairs take place during the year, such as the festivities for San Pietro and Paolo and Sant’Antonio in late may and early june.
